Questions, corrections, or feedback on a calculator or guide? We read everything and especially welcome corrections — accuracy is the whole point of this site.

What we can help with

• Corrections. If a subsidy figure, tariff or formula looks out of date or wrong, tell us — with a source if you have one — and we'll review it.
• Feature requests. A calculator you wish existed, a country you'd like covered, a guide topic you'd find useful.
• General feedback. Anything that would make the tools clearer or more useful.

What we can't do

We're an independent calculator and information site, not an installer or financial adviser. We can't design your specific system, quote a price, recommend a particular brand or installer, or give personalised financial or tax advice. For those, you'll want a qualified local professional. Our estimates are a starting point for that conversation, not a substitute for it.

A note on response times

We're a small operation, so replies may take a little time. For most questions, our FAQ and guides already have the answer.
